| CAMELLIA OIL is prepared from the seeds of
Camellia Oleifera Abel. CAMELLIA OIL contains
88.5 % of oleic acid which plays an important
role for anti-oxidation. Compared with olive
oil (77.2 %) and other vegetable oils, you
may find the percentage of oleic acid in
CAMELLIA OIL so high. CAMELLIA OIL has been used for hair care treatment in Asia for many years. Hair is protected by sebaceous membrane secreted from head skin against dryness and germ-infection. However the sebaceous membrane is dysfunctioned by oxidation and germ-infection. Dandruff and itchiness are produced, and consequently the hair is damaged. In order to keep hair in a good condition, CAMELLIA OIL is applied to head skin after hair-shampooing, and massage is performed because CAMELLIA OIL contains a lot of sebum-like components of head skin This pure natural oil, non-greasy and non-tacky, has a pleasant feel on the skin. It can be used not only for hair care products but is also ideal as an emollient for skin are products. |
